Bed & Breakfast 2024
- Check in is after 4.00pm, check out by 9.30am on day of departure or arrange with Katrina.
- Twin, Double and Four-Poster rooms from £55 to £90 (per person per night).
- Family room en-suite from £135 - £200 per night.
Self Catering 2024
- Check in is between 4.00pm - 6.00pm, check out by 9.30am on day of departure. Short breaks and weekly lets are available.
- The Hayloft - £100-£150 per night
- The Granary - £150-£200 per night
- Miss Wells Garden Room - From £150-£220 per night
Special Occasions
We will provide Champagne, flowers, chocolates and fruit for £90.

Terms
Prices include bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and vat @ 20% laundry facilities are available. Washer, tumble dryer, iron etc.
£300 deposit required at time of booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable. Holiday insurance is recommended. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.
On your arrival you may check in between 4.00pm - 6.00pm (or confirm by telephone). On your departure you are obliged to vacate by 9.30am. You are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Please note that our premises are non-smoking throughout. We regret we do not accept pets.
